Pupils at Snowdon Village experience a day in the life of a Police officer

Pupils at Snowdon Village recently had an exciting and educational encounter with the law – but for all the right reasons!

As part of a special visit, local police officers gave pupils the unique opportunity to explore a real police car, even trying on an official police hat.

The interactive experience provided a hands-on look at police equipment and the role of law enforcement in the community.

Following the fun-filled exploration, pupils took part in a Q&A session with the officers, where they asked insightful questions about what it’s like to serve as a police officer.

The visit aimed to inspire and educate young minds about the importance of safety, responsibility, and community engagement.

A spokesperson for Snowdon Village said: “We are grateful to our local police officers for taking the time to engage with our pupils.

“It was a fantastic experience that left them both excited and informed about the role of policing in our society.”

This visit is part of the school’s ongoing efforts to provide real-world learning experiences and strengthen relationships between young people and local law enforcement.
