Pupils at The Nest enjoy library afternoon
Pupils from The Nest, part of Snowdon Village, had the exciting opportunity to visit their local library, immersing themselves in the wonderful world of books and stories.
The trip was part of the school’s ongoing commitment to promoting literacy and fostering a love of reading among pupils.
The atmosphere was focused yet joyful as pupils explored shelves lined with stories that transported them to far-off lands, exciting adventures, and magical realms.
Reading is a vital part of every child’s development, and opportunities like these help nurture imagination, improve language skills, and build a lifelong appreciation for books.
A spokesperson for The Nest said: “It’s always a joy to see children so engaged and excited by books.
“Visits like today’s remind us how important it is to provide young people with access to reading and storytelling – it opens doors to new ideas and worlds beyond their own.”
