Pupils learn about Moon phases

In a fascinating science lesson, pupils from Snowdon Village explored the different phases of the moon.

To bring their learning to life, they used Oreo biscuits to model the moon’s phases, from new moon to full moon and everything in between!

The creative, hands-on activity made science both fun and memorable, helping pupils to understand complex concepts through an engaging and delicious approach.

A spokesperson for Snowdon Village said: “Our pupils absolutely loved this activity. It was a brilliant way to make science engaging and accessible, combining creativity, curiosity, and a little bit of chocolate.

“Learning through practical experiences like this helps our pupils to really connect with the subject.”
