Snowdon Village Students Bake for a Cause: McMillan Coffee Morning
Students from Snowdon Village showed their community spirit and baking skills by participating in a delightful coffee morning to raise funds for the McMillan Cancer Support.
The event, held at Bristol Futures Academy, was a heartwarming gathering, filled with homemade cakes and support for a great cause.
The McMillan Coffee Morning, a nationwide fundraising initiative, helps provide vital support to individuals and families affected by cancer.
Snowdon Village students have embraced the opportunity to give back by baking a variety of delicious treats that were shared with staff, and students, at Bristol Futures Academy.
A spokesperson said: “Our students are not only learning valuable life skills through this initiative but also developing empathy and awareness for important social causes. It’s wonderful to see their enthusiasm for supporting McMillan.”
